Zephyr Integration Setup
Connect Reqase Lite to your Zephyr Test Management to enable AI-powered test case generation.
Step 1: Obtain Zephyr API Access Token
Before you can use Reqase Lite, you need to generate API Access Token:
Click the Jira account icon in the upper-right corner and select Zephyr API Access Tokens.
On the Zephyr API Access Tokens page, click "Create access token" button.
Copy the generated token.

Step 2: Configure Zephyr in Reqase Lite
Once you have your Zephyr API Access Token, configure them in Reqase Lite:
Go to Jira Admin Settings → Reqase Lite → Zephyr API Integration
Select the Zephyr edition your site is using.
Enter the Zephyr API Access Token
Click Validate & Save to store your configuration
Security Features
Masked Credentials
Saved Client Secrets are displayed as dots (••••••) for security. Click on the masked field to enter a new secret.
Connection Validation
The Save button is only enabled after a successful connection test, ensuring your credentials are valid.
Secure Storage
All credentials are encrypted and stored securely using industry-standard encryption methods.
Edit Mode
Click on any masked credential field to enter edit mode and update your API keys as needed.
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
Connection Test Failed
If your connection test fails, check the following:
- Verify that your Zephyr API Access Token is correct
- Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after the credentials
- Check that your Zephyr API Access Token haven't revoked
- Confirm you have the necessary permissions in Zephyr
